RED-INC offers three medical plans, two dental plans and one vision plan to its eligible, full-time employees. A flexible plan design affords employees the opportunity to select the right combination of benefits and coverage to suit their needs. RED-INC pays a generous portion of the premiums. New hires are eligible for coverage on the 1st of the month following hire date.
Group Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Eligible, full-time employees are covered by Life and AD&D benefits on the 1st of the month following hire date. Premiums are paid by the Company. RED-INC also offers voluntary group term life and AD&D benefits for its employees and their families.
Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
The Short and Long Term Disability income protection benefits provide some financial security in the event of a disability or accident. RED-INC pays 100% of the premiums for eligible, full-time employees.
The RED-INC Retirement Plan enables employees to invest according to their own personal financial strategy while boosting savings through company contributions and matching. Eligible employees can invest between 1 – 75% of their total pay in the plan on a tax deferred or after-tax basis or a combination of the two, subject to IRS limits. The plan offers a diverse mix of investment options.
RED-INC provides 10 paid holidays per year to eligible employees.
Eligible, full-time employees receive paid time off benefits based on years of service. Leave hours are accrued per pay period.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP helps employees resolve personal problems before they negatively affect health, relationships or job performance. The program provides confidential, professional counseling, education, and referral services to employees and their family members.
As a means of encouraging professional development and to assist in achieving career goals, RED-INC offers an Educational Assistance Program for eligible, full-time employees.
