Program Analyst
LOCATION: Alexandria, VA (Mark Center)
JOB DESCRIPTION and QUALIFICATIONS:
The Program Analyst will act as the chief administrative support to the
Director of MCEIP. The Analyst will
manage the Director’s calendar and travel, track and prioritize items requiring
the Director’s attention, and draft and coordinate routine correspondence. The Program Analyst will be capable of
juggling multiple priorities and acting as a liaison between the Director and
the rest of the MCEIP team.
Responsibilities/Duties:
The Program Analyst responsibility may include, but are not limited to
the following:
- Managing
the MCEIP Director’s calendar
- Coordinating
meetings for the MCEIP Director and the Defense Production Act Investments
(DPAI) Director and Deputy Director.
- Working
with the MCEIP team to pull together read ahead packages, talking points, and
PowerPoint presentations.
- Tracking
required deliverables/due outs across various systems and ensuring team is
aware of upcoming suspenses.
- Formatting
information for internal and external communication – memos, emails,
presentations, reports
- Providing
administrative assistance to the Director and other MCEIP personnel.
- Managing
onboarding and offboarding requests, to include working with Security and IT.
Required Qualifications:
- Four
(4) Year Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum
of five (5) years experience supporting DoD/Government Directors.
- Familiarity
with DTS system.
- Familiarity
with DoD CATMS.
- Extensive
knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access).
- Excellent
oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional
interpersonal skills.
- Active
Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the
Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment
(OUSD(A&S)).
- Experience managing
executive level calendar.
- Experience preparing
correspondence.
- Experience preparing
for meetings, creating presentations, and capturing meeting minutes.
