Chief Executive Officer
Dave Aldrich, CEO of RED-INC since July 2010, has more than 15 years of corporate executive leadership in information technology and government services organizations. Prior to joining RED-INC, Dave was President and CEO of Techrizon, LLC, a CMMI Level V software engineering company supporting US Army Field Artillery missions based at Ft. Sill in Lawton, OK. From 2000 to 2003, he was President and CEO of Telos Corporation, a network integration solutions company providing network security, information assurance, wireless networking and software engineering and development to the Department of Defense as well as a number of other federal agencies. Dave holds an MBA from New York University and an AB from Princeton University.
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Ferrara, with over 30 years of government contracting experience, was formerly CFO of Techrizon, LLC, coordinating the acquisition and eventual sale of that company to another government contractor. Prior to Techrizon, Tom was CFO of Telos, a publicly traded company with responsibility for all SEC filings. His experience includes compliance with DCAA audit issues, FAR and CAS. Tom has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, negotiating bank lines of credit, and improving company working capital. He has developed budgets and forecasts that were used in forward pricing rates negotiated with the DCAA. Tom received a BS in Accounting from St Francis College, Loretto, PA., and has a certification to teach business and technology from Shenandoah University.
Director, Human Systems Integration
Curtis D. Stansfield, Director of Human Systems Integration of RED-INC since July 2015, has more than 32 Years of Leadership and Technical Systems Engineering experience both active duty and reserve Navy and as a government contractor. Since becoming a Navy Contractor, Curtis is regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Altitude Laboratory Support and Design, Oxygen Systems, Systems Engineering Integration, Oxygen Systems Engineering, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Operational Evaluation/Validation/Verification, as well as Oxygen Systems Logistics. Curtis holds an Associates of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering, Principles and Management from the University of Maryland.
Human Resources Manager
Angie Johnson has over 25 years of Human Resource experience in the defense contracting industry. Prior to joining RED-INC, Angie was Human Resource Manager for both a division of Northrop Grumman and PRB Associates, Inc. Angie holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and is a certified Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
