Karen Garner, President, has 30 years experience in military acquisition programs, most recently focusing on fixed wing cockpit and crew station design, prior to that, situational awareness and electronic warfare information.  She’s conducted mockup and aircraft evaluations, coordinated symposia, conducted fleet surveys, and managed an Advanced Technology Concept Demonstration program.  Karen has authored numerous publications and presentations.  She is also an active member of military and local community organizations.

Art Weaver, Vice President, has 34 years experience in applied human engineering and crew systems integration.  Recent experience includes lead Crew Systems Engineer for MH-60S. As a human engineering manager for 13 years, Art provided products and engineering support to more than 50 customers annually.  Art’s experience as a Vietnam combat helicopter pilot (2000+ flight hours) provides valuable operational insight to projects he supports.
